Photographs created during a session are maintained as part of providing photography services to the Client.

Purchasing photography services does not automatically give Nic Havlovic Photography permission to publicly use identifiable Client photographs for advertising or promotional purposes when separate consent is required.

Where appropriate, permission or a separate model release may be requested before identifiable Client images are used for purposes such as:

My website;

Social media;

Online portfolio;

Advertising;

Printed marketing materials;

Photography competitions; or

Other promotional business uses.

Clients may decline optional promotional use without losing access to the photography services they purchased.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Photography sessions may involve children, but my business is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement.

A parent or legal guardian should complete bookings and provide required permissions for minors.

8. ONLINE GALLERIES

Client photographs may be delivered through password-protected, private, or shareable online galleries depending on the service selected.

Clients are responsible for protecting passwords, download PINs, gallery links, or other access information provided to them.

Clients should use care when sharing gallery access with others. Nic Havlovic Photography cannot control further access or distribution by individuals with whom a Client voluntarily shares gallery information or downloaded photographs.

9. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Nic Havlovic Photography does not sell your personal information.

Personal information may be shared with third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide your photography services, such as:

Website and gallery hosting providers;

Booking or scheduling platforms;

Payment processors;

Professional printing laboratories; or

Other vendors necessary to fulfill a Client's requested service.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders, legal proceedings, enforce agreements, protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of individuals.

Reasonable administrative and technical precautions are used to protect personal information under my control.

However, no website, electronic communication, online gallery, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients should avoid sending sensitive financial or other confidential information through unsecured communication methods.

11. DATA RETENTION

Personal information and business records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy legal obligations.

Photographs and galleries may also be retained for business and archival purposes.

Nic Havlovic Photography does not guarantee permanent storage of Client photographs. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their final delivered images.

12. EMAIL & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

I may use contact information to communicate with Clients regarding inquiries, bookings, payments, galleries, or other service-related matters.

Promotional or marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law. Where an unsubscribe option is provided, recipients may use it to stop receiving promotional communications.

Service-related communications concerning an active booking may still be sent when necessary.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

My website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Nic Havlovic Photography is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites. Clients should review the privacy policies of those services before providing personal information.

14. YOUR PRIVACY REQUESTS

You may contact Nic Havlovic Photography to request reasonable access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that I maintain about you.

Certain information may need to be retained when required for tax, accounting, contractual, legal, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
